People

There are a number of "important" groups of people in Errin, both player characters (PCs) and non-player characters (NPCs). PCs are those characters created by players, who have to survive day to day on adventures. NPCs are characters created by refs to guide the plot, hire for adventures, and generally provide the PCs with allies, antagonists and outright enemies.

When reading about PCs, don't be misled by their descriptions into thinking that just because they are amicable, they are not powerful: PCs, especially at high level, are the top few percent of the Errin population, and both in and out of character this commands a certain amount of respect.
